Low thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) level during first trimester of pregnancy

My wife is in first trimester of pregnancy and her TSH hormone level came below normal limit (.004) but there is no symptoms of thyroid?Is it real thyroid case? will it harm fetus?I will be visiting doctor bust I would appreciate if you all could give your views.
