I Should have PayPal account but I don't have any credit card

Ehm, yes this question have relation with my mylot account and how I can withdraw my income. any solution?

You don't need a verified PayPal account to receive money from MyLot. All that is necessary is that your country is on the list of those supported by MyLot/PayPal. See the FAQs under 'Earnings' for details. You only need to verify your PayPal account if you want to transfer money from it to a bank account (or credit card).
