Traffic exchange sites

Hi
I have heard that one can really increase traffic to his site by using traffic exchange. Can anyone plz shed some more light on this? Which are the best TE sites?

Yeah they can they generally work on the basis of you viewing some sites for credits to apply to your own site/s. They can really increase traffic although the quality of the traffic can be questionable. I'll private message you with more info.
