Bad Work, Do They Deserve Get The Fees?

I am in first year of college so what I face here so very different in my high school. In high school I used to attend school student organization. We often made great music events and my school famous because of it. Then I do not attend any organization in my college. It because the student organization has bad management. They can not create great events. Never be all out. Severely, all of member from this organization always get fees from meeting. I think they don't deserve on all of wealth they get. This organization is non profit one and they can not satisfied other students with events thay created. How about your opinnion? Do they deserve it?
