There are a few ways of getting referrals yeah there's programs although some are scam I can refer you to some legitimate sites. Also another really good way to get referrals is to trade with others.

It is very difficult to get refferals but most people here are genuine and the other ways that have been mentioned is what we all use.

My most preferred way is to post on forums, with people who want extra money. Don't use "money making" forums, though. It may seem like a good idea, but it really isn't. You'd be the millionth person to put you referral links up, and they're already members for everything. So, find some large, nerdy forums, where the users all live on computers, and put your banners in your sig. Just use the forum, normally, without making threads like "MAKE MONEY!!" Just don't do it. If you follow my advice, you really will get a good amount of direct referrals. Also, i suggest finding a forum that has a topic you are interested in, so you can interact normally, with more success. I'm glad I could help.
