facebook close on may????????????

really? i haven't heard of that news but i hope its not true. i will have to search on it :D lol

I like facebook and just started getting more involved with it. I don't think they will shut down the site but if they decide to they will inform us on facebook near the due date

First, I have never used Facebook -(really I haven't). Second - rumours like this happen about just any programme, especially if it is successful, and Facebook obviously is. I've never heard of Weekly top news, and if this is the quality of their news, then I want to keep it that way. Facebook will not close while it still has its popularity. Millions of people us it every day. As far as I can see, this was actually reported in WeeklyWorldNews and closing in March. WeeklyworldNews does not actually report news, it prints totally funny (but usually made up stories), I used to read this occasionally but stopped because the stories were too ridiculous to even bother reading.

This is not true I have alot of friends on face book and they sent me the link showing its a hoax. Someone just trying to mess with us is all it is. I really love facebook as well. My mom got me started on it with the little games and it then got addicting

I too read about this rumour somwhere but i dont think it's going to happen and probably will stay as a rumour itself. Till date facebook haven't had any major issues barring the case where a few of the usernames and passwords were somehow leaked to some other third party. But that problem i think is now addressed, So currently there shouldn't be any issue pertaining to its closure. I feel you could still see facebook run stronger in may too buddy :), dont think there is any reason for you to get upset. Cheer up friend!

first, I will comment your statement: I REALLY LOVE FACEBOOK. Oh Gosh! Second, about this issue I think it's just a rumor. Facebook is money machine for zuckerberg and others who have online business. and I still get no proper reason why it will close.
