Can someone please tell me what is so interesting about the Kardashian Sisters

or family for that matter My 14 year old daughter watches them and I just don't get it. What did they do to become famous? What's up with their mom, besides being married to Bruce Jenner. I can remember when Bruce Jenner was an Olympic athlete and now . . . ? I remember the Kardashian name from their father being associated with OJ Simpson. Can someone help me please?

They're pretty (at least two of them are). I guess that's it. That's all I can think of anyway. And as we all know, looks are everything in Hollywood.

ThAnks for the response So if you are pretty and can get Ryan Seacrest's attention you can become famous????? We were in West LA before Xmas (I live in Maryland) and looks are everything in California.

I don't know about them too and have no idea who they are~ Wonder why they get so famous? It just suddenly their name get known, but I just know their names, their reality tv, I won't watch them.

I have read them. Long enough to make me understand that they are great user in manipulate situations, peopple and opportunities when you have chance to do it. We should grab any too~

I try not to watch things like this on T.V., so I'm sure why your daughter would watch. I've seen Kim (I think) in the paper and she is very easy on the eye, so I can imagine loads of teenage boys watching her.

I dunno. I guess it's just a testament to The American Dream: that--if you're obedient to the right people--you're on your way to super-stardom! I saw three girls impersonating the Kardashian girls on "Saturday Night Live" (in Dana Carvey's "Church Chat"-sketch): "I'm K., and I'm the pretty one.' 'I'm K., and I'm the smart one.' 'I'm K., and I'm third.'"
