Where should i create my first website

Hello there!!!.. may i ask if where can i find the best website builder which i can use to create my very first website to be published online?. . I would like customized it with my own taste of design.. or better yet, do you know some social networking site builder with paypal payment integration?. . thank you!. .

I have never seen a good one! The "Whatyouseeiswhatyouget" types just bloat the code to enormous proportions resulting in slow loading pages. And what you see on your computer/browser ISN'T what I see on mine!
There is no substitute for learning HTML and CSS. It really is very easy and you would only need a few hours to learn the basics.

I recommended Weebly to the OP. I haven't used it myself, but I've seen several sites that writers have built with it, and they look very nice. They also load quickly. CSS isn't really that easy to learn, and most people don't want to spend the time learning to code these days. There really isn't any reason to when so many sites offer drag and drop construction. The critical point is how well the drag and drop is implemented.

Sorry, but drag and drop is the worst possible way to build a web page! You will notice the difference between browsers immediately. Internet Explorer and Firefox for example have totally different ways of sizing fonts. I hate seeing lines of text overflowing out of their box or superimposed on top of other text.
HTML with CSS will take a maximum of 8 hours to learn, unless you are a complete idiot!

may i know something from you sir?. . where could i find that HTML with CSS tutorials you say??. . .. if i would take 8 hours of my time learning basics, how much more will i spend learning with the advance... . . i assume it would take days,,, right?. . but i would be very interested if you could lead me to something which i want,.. ^^ like a complete tutorial for HTML with CSS ( far more better than basics ). .. . please help me. . thank you !!!. . .
