I've listened to much of his music, both with Thin Lizzy and solo, and I think he was a true master of guitar, capable of playing both blues and hard rock with the same passion. He has passed away and thus entered the history of music with many other great artists who left us too early. He will certainly live through his music and he will be remembered for a very long time from now on.RIP Gary Moore!

Gary Moore was the person who made me turn on to guitar many many years ago with 'Parisienne Walkaways'. He shared an incredible gift and his guitar had such a distinct voice, if you heard something by him that you didn't know, you would still instantly recognize the style. We should all be deeply grateful for his music and wish his departed soul well. He is now with the angels (and that includes his old musical partner Phyl Lynott)

I am not really sure who this is but I have listened to alot of music over the years so I may have also listened to his too. I hate to hear when someone passes away. May he rest in peace.

Although not familiar with his music I have heard of Gary Moore’s passing on the radio. I was saddened at the loss of yet another gifted individual. It is a very sad shame, people like him probably will not ever be again, very sad...
