The update on my Gissi

Oh this is the saddest part of having animals, I hate to see animals going through all things to do with the vet, sometimes I wonder if we should put them through too much especially when they are very old, I guess I put myself in their position and medical procedures I avoide as much as possible for my-self.....I wish little Gissi all the best... she is a lucky little dog to have such love...

Hiya gabs, I am thinking about you and Gissi don´t worry. I did wonder this morning how things were going for him. Even so older Dogs have a lot of fighting spirit and they come back again and again. I won´t give up hope on him. I believe he can make it through. Every Dog has a small crisis sometimes and they pull out of it and come bouncing back again. You´ll see that Gissi will be alright soon gabs. I know it is distressing I had a very sick Dog but he pulled through. The Vet was very concerned about him and it moved me to tears I can tell you he lived many many years after that and he was very very ill too.

Oh. This is quite sad and I am scared now that old age is something really that bad for all. Yes, he should be your priority and you should give him all the care and we will be around praying for his speedier recovery and good health.

Oh Gabs, my heart is crying with yours and I wish I was there to give you some comfort and support. We will be praying for our little man with all we can muster. oh my I am so sorry Gabs perhaps he will yet su rprise agan and still perhaps his age is catching up with him, I can only imagine what you must feel. my own mom had my old dog put to sleep only because he was aging,he was not ill, he was really my dog legally but she was caring for him and my two babies while I was in the hospital having a hysterectomy. so I can feel for you. Yes we both know Gissidis a strong little man,but still I guess you must face the fact that he may be headed for the rainbow bridge. darn I am bawling, sorry. he is like a little friend to me and I don't want anything to happen to him.. here I am and I have never met either of you yet feel like I have.I am going to send a bunch of prayers and hope the rest of us mylotters do the same for Gissi to get well. He is your little man and he loves you and you him so we must band together and see what God can do. wish I lived close so I could come and at least hug you and comfort you If I could. all my love stay strong Gabs. lots of love take care of you too. he needs you now. hugs lots of hugs brom hatley. so sorry.

ohhh, that is a cute little dog. My friend lost his best friend, a Peking dog I guess a year ago. When he lost him, he couldn't really sleep, or even have a moment of silence for the memory of it. Although I am not a really dog person, but I felt like that is his best friend once in his lifetime. So, be with it for the whole time.

My dear sweet sister I am tearing.. I will continue to prayer for Gissi's comfort and your happiness. May he get better and or he rest comfortably. I am so sorry Gaby and wished he would bounce back to his ole self. Please keep me updated as I worry for you as well.

Oh Gabs, my heart breaks for you. I sit here with tears coming down my cheeks. There are so many of us who truely care. I/We (your friends)have come to love you and Gissi. Oh My Sweet GabsI have a candle lit for Gissi .I feel what you are going though after this past summer.I am still not over losing my Ashlee yet.But I was with her to the very end. Gissi means so much to so many of us here on mylot we wait for his posts as much as we do for any of our other friends, so knowing he isn't well is painful for a whole lot of people. Hi gabs, I'm so sorry to hear this news, old age is not for wimps, whether it's animals or humans. He is so lucky though that he has you to love and take care of him. If Gissi is so much older than everyone thinks, then he is SO lucky to have found you in his later years Gabs. He loves you to bits and I'm sure will do his best to get well for you and stay with you as long as possible. You are both in my heart and prayers...........
