There's some strange terms on the site which mean your earnings could be worth pennies rather than to 100's and 1000's of dollars the site tell's you have earned, It's also been around for quite awhile and still it remains in pre launch. I'll not say it's a scam but you won't earn anywhere near the amount your paybox balance suggests.

Yes but most sites don't take over a year to move from pre-launch to fully operational. This is why I question this site. Yeah most sites pay little but this site make's you believe your earning a fortune when your clearly not.

It's about as legit as Monopoly... That is, Monopoly money is only legit in a game of monopoly. From Paybox.me's own website...
"...Today we intend to clear up any remaining confusion and hopefully remove the possibility for this to happen in the future.
So what’s all the confusion about?
Apparently some of our users assumed that their PayBox account was held in U.S. dollars, Canadian dollars, Australian dollars, Belize dollars, Singapore dollars, or one of the many other currencies which use the “dollar” denomination.
PayBox is not any of these. It is a private virtual currency. This has always been stated clearly in our Terms of Service. Every PayBox user agreed to these Terms of Service as a condition of joining. Although we still expect users to read the Terms of Service, we now realize the need for more direct statements and reminders throughout the website for some of our users."

Which, as an added note... Since they are using the US Dollar Sign and are talking about offering debit cards.....
Those two things are very much indicative of featuring an actual currency... Until today, the only actual indicator that the currency is a "private currency" is in the site's TOS.
So...

Hi
Even i am not quite sure about their credentials, though i have no concrete evidence to say that it is scam. but what they are promising is much more than stars, they say you should aim for stars so that you will atleast land on moon. but here even that looks unlikely. When you look at your account you may see that you may have accumulated a huge amount, but i doubt whether it will get converted into anything close to that amount.

I belong to this site, and I think it is legit. I think they are not getting enough members fast enough, which is why they are still in pre-launch. I have a link for the site on my profile, but so far no one has signed up, because everybody is afraid it will turn out to be a scam. But they don't ask for any money, and you only have to spend a few minutes per day there. I think it's worth taking a chance, especially since they have a $1000 Amazon shopping spree contest going on. I'll gladly spend a few minutes of time there for a chance at $1000 for Amazon.

Well, you can always make an account there and wait.
As long as they don't tell you to invest any money in it, you won't be bothered and might be gladly suprised if it turns out legit.
And yes, they state in their description that the $ on the site is not real money, but fictive.

I am using paybox and no i dont believe its a scam. for one they dont ask us for anything but to read their daily email and answer some very short polls. I think they are simply trying to build a big user data base so when they do go live they will have so many users that they could posibly compete with paypal.
