I have been married for 12 yrs, and the longer we are married the more we keep having issues with our covers on the bed. He says I hog them, and I say he hogs them. I go to bed about 2 to 3 hours later than him and when I get in the bed, I have to literally grab the corners of the covers and jerk, just so I have something to put over myself.
We have even tried each of us having our own comforter and that just didn't work, nor look good . I love my husband so dearly but come on, we have to find a balance to our cover situation. Got any ideas ?

LOL...that is a concept, and my husband would adore that, but honestly I am not the cuddly type. Believe me he has mentioned the same thing. But all kidding aside, he has a terrible snoring problem and there is no way I can be up under him like that, but it is a nice thought anyways.

Lol why don't you buy a extra large size cover, so that it will cover you both and still extra will be hanging on sides
Or better buy two , you can use separately, no pulling, no quarrels..
Thanks for sharing
Cheers.
God bless you, have a nice day ahead.

I can't get a larger comforter than what I have on our king size bed, unless I make one which I am about tempted to ( or at least TRY to lol )
We tried the separate ones, but seemed to be a bit too much of cover, because most of it ended up dragging on the floor. It was mess.
It might be one of those things I am going to have to deal with, I suppose I could think of worse things to deal with than just covers lol

have you gone for the biggest size comforter..I know a lot of people buy the size for the bed but I always get bigger...if you have a king size bed then I guess you wouldn't be able but I just don't think what they make for the bed sizes are big enough....just a thought.

Amen, they do not make the comforters big enough for the sizes. And yes, when we had a queen size bed we did indeed try the king size comforter, which wasn't to bad. Then we bought a sleep number bed and we went with the king, so it became a problem again. Of course the king size comforter is not at all big enough. I thinking along the lines of making my own, but rather I can pull that off has yet to be seen lol.

I am like you, I thought for sure it would have worked, but it ended up being more of a issue and not worth it. And we are talking about just the comforter, we have the sheet, a blanket, then a electric blanket. So see I am thinking we have to many covers to attend to .
When we went to two different comforters, for the most part over half of it ended up on the floor, if not bundled onto of each other. It was a mess to say the least, so we decided to do away with that. Besides, it looked ridiculous, which I could have dealt with if it wasn't for the other issues.
Who knows...like I said, I am going to attempt to make my own or pull all the covers off, then we wont' have issues lol.
