Buxro back in my "Good Books"...

When I first started using PTC about a month ago, one of the first sites I registered at was Buxro.com. I had never heard of it, but I was very intrigued by the fact that you earn in Euros and not in dollars or cents, this gives the clicker 1.3x USD after the currency conversion. I had been payed by them and put up my proof of payment to their forum. One day this past week, I noticed a message that was sent to all of the members/users of their site stating that they had a new admin and a new way of dealing with payouts. From then on, payouts would only be given if to those people that invest money to Buxro. That made me pretty mad, as I had a decent amount of money building up into my account and now felt that the site was turning into a scam. I left it for an evening and returned to the forum the next day to write a "nice" little message to the new admin, but while there, found that he had changed it back because people really didn't like the idea. So now, if you're a Standard member, you earn less per ad viewed, but no investing is needed to cashout. If you're an upgraded member, you can cashout at twice the amount you invest. So, if you invest 5 Euros, you can cashout when you reach 10 Euros. I've talked with the admin and he seems like he really wants to make this site great for it's users. I'm definitely going to stick around to use this site, but it could be a while before I decide to invest. What do you think? Will sudden changes to the Terms of Service hurt this site, or will they succeed because of their willingness to revert back to the no investment cashouts for Standard members?
