Downloading Facebook ChatPhone, it's user-friendly or not?

Nowadays in Facebook, this ChatPhone is spreading like wildfire. I observed that FB groups were bound to add other FB member/s without permission with this ChatPhone? Is it true? Besides, my emails were full of such messages coming from all my subscribed networks. I adjusted my email setting, but still the same. Any help?
