Last year I got myself a few hula dancing DVDs and learned to do the hula. I loved it! Now, I'm working on my salsa and it's more faster than hula, but I feel so good after I do it. Eventually, I'd also like to get a belly dancing one too. Do you find dancing therapeutic? Which ones do you enjoy? Have you learned any new ones these days?

That sounds so fun! Good for you. I always enjoyed doing yoga and it was very therapeutic for me. Everyone is different and different things work for them. I think laughter is a great one too. I go and listen to the comedy channel sometimes and feel so much better. It is all in the person. We are all different. One will work for one where it may not for another.

Wow Lore I so admire your intense learning with so many cultures, keep it up as it is so healthy. As for dancing, yes nothing like Salsa and Merengue to tailor away my sorrows, I do love it and find it very enjoyable and good for the soul.

Oh, you are doing very well. Sounds like you are very talented in different forms of art and music. That is excellent. Very few people have that talent. I for one is not good at all in dancing. I tried during my younger days, but didn't do well.

I find dancing very therapuetic. In my living room. Alone. Where no one can see me. LOL! I love to dance for fitness but I am not the most graceful person.
I also have foudn that I enjoy doing yoga alot more than I thought I would. That is more relaxing than it actually looks! Salsa sounds really enticing. Keep us updated.
