Has anyone else noticed how things are becoming more crazy in our world?

Hi Franciscoandlee, for the weather part, I think we are entering another age of weather pattern, similar to the ice age that kills the dinosaur. Actually bad weather and natural disasters happen for million of years. We only feel the effect because of news media. If we do not read newspaper, watch news, and read Internet articles, or watch Youtube, we do not feel it. As for the random killings, I think the media and the producers of TV and movies are at fault. They publicize the case so much, and the idea of killing our parents, grandparents come into the minds of many people. I mean when a person watch so much shows about killing, and read newspaper, watch the news, and even read the blogs of those killers, they will get affected, and think that this is normal behavior. I really think serial killers should not write books, blogs or articles. Those who interview those killers should not publish the content.

Yeah, I noticed that too, and I can't help but think, is this really the end of it all?.. Weather has been so crazy in all parts of the world, there have been massive flooding here in our country even if there is not one storm in our area...

yes I was talking about this very thing with friends recently, things are happening today that just never seemed to before, maybe we just never heard about these things before or human nature is just going bad....the weather I often say is our payback.

Goes to show that we've all been bad. We need to be good in order to recieve good including from mother nature.

I completely agree to that. But I also believe that honesty, sincerity and kindness are appreciated more than ever before. IN today's world staying kind and sensible is nearly impossible. You may not have any strong reason to stay honest, yet you will always find a thousand excuses for giving up honesty. This makes honesty, kindness and sensibility even more precious. Something can't be valuable as long as it's easily available. There will soon be a time when honest people will have to be conserved just like any other extinct species. Only then people will realize the value of all these human virtues.
