some help about twitter

i am in China and i eagerly want to get an account of the twitter.I have used many ways these days ,but i have had the difficult openning the main page of twitter.so i need someone help me to get one .I just hope the register Email is nanningfan@hotmail.com and send it to my email. Thanks a millon!

In China, Twitter has been censored, in which case - you will have to use a proxy to access it, if you would like to access it, there are many out there, one of my personal favourites, is http://hidemyass.com
