In my 6 year relationship, we never celebrate Valentines Day, funny but true. I guess we are not the type of celebrating every holiday but we see to it that we see each other almost everyday if possible and spend quality time with each other.

Actually we will be having our 7th year anniversary on April 2011. We are planning and God knows how much we like to be get married but we still needs to look at our financial stability. That is the only problem we have other than that, we are almost ready to tie the knot. Thank you so much for the wishes! I really appreciate that. I wish the same for you and your partner.

hey!
that's common problems of couples dis days I guess. And i think preparing to tie the knot includes the major important thing other than love is for you to be financially stable. Oh well this requires a lot of patience and hardworking for several year if I might say... right?? But anyway atleast you both are very determined and so in love at each other then I guess waiting isn't a hard thing to do. After all, Patience is a virue! nice to here form you.

Though my husband and i are a bit old already, we do celebrate Valentine's day every time it comes. We would eat out in a restaurant where there may be a band playing and enjoy the moment.
This coming valentine, since my sister-in-law will be coming over with her family from Australia on the 13th, my parents-in-law decided that we spend it all together with them on a restaurant with a band on Valentine's day.
We look forward to that day !

choosing a partner does vary individualy right and I might say that I persay, prefer to have a mature person than me for a relationship. this is because of a lot of reasons regarding my life situations! And Im happy with it.
Well, I guess you and your partner choose to celebrate hearts day with your parents-in-law I bet that was fun and full filing in a sense of being and spending quality time with your family and that's the most important thing! KEEP IN TOUCH! CAN I add you to my list? thanks

I have been with my husband for 3 years and none of the year we did any celebration, he is not a romantic guy so I am not expecting anything to happen this year as well; I did prepare a gift for him though.

oh thats sad for you. why alone until now? anyone special someone doesn't prefer just to a boyfriend or a girlfriend,. Have you tried doing something with your family or friend on the hearts day? Well if your young your still good to being single and free but if your not well I guess, better try to look for someone special because they are many fish in the sea..... LOL

Hehe,
Hey! your typical for a group called homebuddy gurls. Well, I hope you felt relaxed spending time alone and cuddle with your cuttie on the hearts day then its still a good choice! In that way you reconnected with your own self in that sense.
