Alertpay was the best option, even liberty reserve also a good one. I already hear about Paypal who get gone for a while in India last year.

Not trusted ha?? Why so many website use them if they are untrusted?? LR was easy to use cause they didn't have too much rules like Paypal. Alertpay pays to the bank, but not all country supported yet.

I think India has so many problems cause they are unacceptable for so many payment processors. Even Paypal have aware with your country, why all that happened??

You don't seem to understand that your problem is with the Reserve Bank of India, NOT PayPal as such, and that ALL payment processors will fall under the same restrictions when dealing with Indians. PayPal is NOT 'gone'. Although there are restrictions, you can still receive payments although you can't do as much with them as you used to be able to. The next logical option is for Indians to lobby their parliamentary representatives, the Government and the RBI to get the rules changed so that you DON'T have to transfer your PayPal balance within 7 days of receiving it.

Well Paypal hasn't closed their business in India yet. They've just changed their rules for Indian users. And I don't think there's any better option other than Paypal.Yeah Alertpay is also there but they don't transfer money in Indian banks...Only in credit cards! Plus, heavy charge is always there.
