hi bussyein you have learned the hard way why we older ones here keep harping read all the information Mylot has for you newcomers as it will keep you earning and not be disappointed with deleted discussions, as that is sure no fun., I have read the instructions way back and check occasionally in case a new rule is added or revised. I think this discussion of your coming from a new comer rather than one of us older ones will be more likely to help other newcomers to have fun and make good discussions and not lose any of them. Welcome to mylot and enjoy as its a great p lace. I have been here for over three years and am still happy here.

I have never experience being rejected but have read alot about it.One thing to always keep in mind is the site don't allow foul language and don't accept alot of things which i love.Just respect the rules and you are good to go.Hope you enjoy Mylot as we all do.HAPPY MYLOTING!!!

No, I have not faced such situation yet. But I can really feel the pain of seeing your ideas getting deleted. The best way to avoid such things is to first search, whether such kind of discussion are already being started or not. I do it and then only I post it to avoid the duplication. You can also read the instruction of posting discussion on mylot. I mean to say the guidelines. That would really help you to avoid such things in future. Happy mylotting.

Yes, I have been there not only once but several times. I have articles, responses and discussion deleted because of violating rules. But it's but normal, we are not perfect you don't worry too much. Better read the FQ and memorize it by heart, avoid breaking rules, then you'll be alright, maybe no more deletion,rejection and notifications. Enjoy your day,happy myLotting!
