Does geoads really help you earn extra money?

So, I got this mail notification from mylot a moment ago. An advertising about geoads to help promote our websites we created and also earn some extra money from it. So, I just wonder does anyone have use geoads before here? How does it work though? I am really interesting in it too, because I want to make some extra money from it. Let me know or give me some advise on it.
