I think you're under tremendous stress. You have already taken things way too seriously. Now you need to take a break. Read http://www.bukisa.com/articles/409837_how-to-deal-with-stress which is a stress relief guide for all. Try to understand how it applies to you. I think you should take some time to travel to distance places. Choose a place that's far away from your workplace. Go somewhere where you wont be reminded about your work and all. Try to spend more time with your family. Go shopping. Buy something that isn't related to your work. You should put everything that reminds you of your work away from your life temporarily. If you can do that for a few days you will definitely regain energy. Then when you return to your work you will be better in handling your job.

You just need to breathe. Take long deep breathes through your nose and very slow exhales through your nose. Focus on your breathe as it comes into your stomach and fills your chest up, and feel it release throughout every pore of your body. Do this for ten minutes and you'll be so calm and relaxed you could fall asleep anywhere.

Take things one step at a time. Do things that you are comfortable doing and leave the harder ones for later. Ask help from friends or relatives and have a good or funny companion so you won't be bored. Good luck on your struggle. I hope you get it all sorted out soon.

Hello. Yes, things can get pretty frustrating some times. That happens to everybody once in a while. When I have the chance, the time, here is what I do once in a while, and that is "yoga meditation". I would practise meditation for about 30 minutes or 2 hour. That very much helps mental and physical relaxation, and helps getting rid of the frustrations and the stresses. You might want to try that.

Hey, you are not the only here. I wasn't thinking clear on the past months until today. It seems that all my decision I made before was wrong. I wish that I can go back and make those decisions all over again. Maybe we all make mistakes and we were confused sometimes too.

First of all, learn how to relax and do things one at a time. Sometimes, out of our desire to finish given tasks immediately, we tend to multitask. Yes, we do finish the tasks immediately, but they seldom come of good quality. So, we should prioritize our tasks. But for me, if am tasked to do a lot of things, i really do pray for God's help first. And wonders of wonders , i feel calmer and can do the tasks easily!

All you have to do is to STOP. Stop whatever you're doing, drop it and take long and deep breathing. This will help you to relax. Stop quiet for a while. Close your eyes and just listen to the beating of your heart. Do this for a few minutes. Then open your eyes, stand up or stretch our your hands as if spreading your wings and exhale. I do this every time I feel I have exerted too much energy and stress starts to get in! You'll feel relieved!

I suggest that you should take a break from your daily tasks or work. Maybe a day or two will do. Sometimes we need to stop for a while and think because it's difficult to think while we are still on the move. It's good to slow down sometimes because we can appreciate things around us. But if we are always in a rush, there are things that we often missed or ignored because we are in a hurry.
