Can I withraw my earnings and transfer my credits to my paypal or alerpay?

Hello there everyone! I hope someone can help me regarding my problem... It goes this way. I have a paypal and alertpay account with my real name. I have register to different sites with my "alias" name. Same name but different family name. Would that be okay? Can I still transfer my funds to my paypal account or alertpay even I have different names but the same email add? Thank you!
