What if the cause of current weather chaos is innocent researcher

I start wondering that when I read many people are proud to have their sky back to blue after they made orgonite or cloud buster. Their sky is previously grey because of chemtrail. It seems that the orgonite or cloud buster change the sky to the better. For them, current weather chaos is caused by the same people who create chemtrail. But what if it is the opposite? What if the chaotic use of orgonite and cloud buster cause the nature to confuse? A single cloud buster said to be able to change weather at 150 miles radius. The imagine if there are many people who build it at 150 miles radius, unrelated not knowing each other, and each having their own mind of what is good for them at spesific hour. Imagine the havoc done by them if one is capable of calling or stopping rain. I don't think there is international group that joining them all together. It is more likely that each one of them doing it without coordination. Many people with a tool capable of changing weather and without leader, imagine the cause. I guess it is natural that weather become chaotic like now. Forget the global warming......
