I start wondering about this when I read a cloud buster can influence up to 150 miles away. Wow, that is a very long range. And I think with the popularity of chemtrail fighting, many people will start to build it. Those people had good intention. Trying to make a better living place by eliminating chemtrail. However, they do it with a big weather gun. Imagine if many people in 150 miles radius build cloud buster. Each of them thinking to eliminate chamtrail problem. But without coordination they point it to any direction they see fit to attempt to change weather to their liking. Each of them can modify weather to the extreme. If one man at 1950 can make new york flooded for days, imagine what a handfull of people can do to the weather! See what happen at Australia... If you are one of these people, start grouping up!
