everyday-referrals: LEGIT? or SCAM?

hey guys, i really don't have a talent on how to get referrals on my PTC sites so I've research how to get refs immediately. I have found this site http://www.referrals-everyday.com/, and it offers lot of referrals per day. I just want to ask if this site is a legit? or scam site?
Has anyone tried this? Your replies will make me happy. :) Thanks in advance

It's a scam. Believe me, I should know because I am a victim of it. I paid $3.99 for the package but since I didn't have enough time to read through the package that I got I just saved it for another day, anyway I have the password and the username that they provided me. Earlier today I am trying to access it and, guess what, I can't open the webpage anymore.
Based on that, what do you think it is?
