Do Facebook will get shut down?

i have heared that facebook is going to get shutdown till march end so i want to know is it going to get shut down ? guys what you all think ? what you think tell me?? and if it is going to shutdown the why what is the reason?

I have read several articles to confirm the new, but according to the founder of Facebook himself, the site is not shutting down. The news which is spreading is a hoax and silly information. Contrary to rumors that he want to go back to his normal life, Zuckerberg denied the news and appealed to people so that the news would stop. With Facebook's value, I doubt that it will be closed.

we all should promote it guys it should not be shutdown is their any way we can stop shuttingdown facebook ?
