Bidvertiser...gaining referrals for your PTC sites.

I've stumbled across a site called Bidvertiser and a brief explanation as to how to join from another mylot members blog site, but I don't really know how it works. When you join, what are the best steps to getting referrals to the PTC sites that you're a member of? This person's blog states that you can get 1000's of referrals in a couple of months, but I'm very unclear as to how it works. Any additional information on this system would be greatly appreciated.
