There are a lot of very good eat-all you can food place in Manila.
My personal favorites are:
Something Fish at Eatwood Libis. This is a Seafood Grill Resto.
Another Seafood Grill is Kamay Kainan in West Avenue.
Another great favorite of min is Saisaki/Dad's/Kamayan. A three in one eat-all you can restaurant where you can enjoy practically the foods offered for only P500 per head for lunch or dinner and they have cheaper price for eat-all you can mirienda. I think it is less than 300 per head.
There is also the BLUE BAY at South Road, T.M. Kalaw cor. Parade St., Luneta Park
(02) 400-7437
Also EMPEROR VILLA, this one is also seafood buffet and roastings located at Quintin Paredes Street in Binondo, Manila.

If one do eat a lot, i think it is really practical to go "eat-all you can". Just make sure you choose a restaurant that does not charge too much. Those that I mentioned are not very expensive and the food they offer are really good to my taste.
Beware of those that charge as much as P1000 per head but the food are nothing extraordinary in taste.

Just go to the nearest branch of Mang Inasal, They serve unlimited rice for 99 pesos, Their grilled chicken is huge. I work in Makati and the only cheap places there are those food carts and fast food. i think Glorietta have a food court but they dont have the eat all you can service. so Mang Inasal is the only one I can suggest for now.

RASA its at the araneta center, from makati just ride the MRT up to cubao then you can find it near araneta colesium. its a resto that serves malaysian food. i love that place for it is very cozy and simple. my wife ate a whole and big crab there when she was pregnant. she was all happy and all smiles when she finished it all. so i suggest that place. or you can go at Mercato Centrale here is the site http://www.mercatocentrale.ph/. hope this can help.
