Almost all foods have some sort of carbohydrate in them. I would recommend eating fish, vegetables and meat to make sure you intake the least amount of carbohydrates. I have tried the no carbs diet and found it really hard. It is very hard to stick to no carb foods and it is also very expensive. I lost it when i couldn't even eat cereal or toast for breakfast! What was i supposed to eat, a steak for breakfast?
I think i am dieting better by eating less rubbish junk food and walking places rather than getting the bus or driving. It may take longer but you do notice the difference after a couple weeks!

Fruits, maybe... Water is the number one thing that has no carbs, it's still food. Fruits and vegetables are the only thing I can think about though, just stay aways from junk food and processed meat, and rice, and bread.

You want to try a diet with no carbs, don't you ? If I remember you can eat meats, fishes, cheeses, eggs and fats -- oils or animals fat -- as you want. Vegetables have carbs but we need some and they are authorized in low quantity for each meal -- 50 grams/meal --.
You can lose weight very fast with this diet -- 6 or more kilograms/month --, but you can also take them again very fast.
Good luck.

If you are trying to diet, you do not necessarily have to eliminate carb because there are good carbs that can help hasten the fat-burning activities of the body such as rice, sprouted grain bread and sweet potatoes. All fruits and vegetables are good for someone on a diet.
