How do you make sure you add fruits and vegetables to your daily diet?

How do you get more fruits and vegetables into your diet? Do you have any creative recipes or simple tips?

Actually, you don't have to cook your vegetables. Just make a simple salad out of it. It's faster and healthier. Example : Just slice the cucumber, put some small amount of vinegar , salt and sugar and taste if it fits your taste already, and you have it. You can do the same to you radish. For fruits, buy those that are not expensive like bananas , oranges or papaya. Eat one or more a day and that's it.

I do eat fruits once in a while. But, I drink fruit juices every morning at breakfast time, and also in the course of the day. I am not a vegetarian, but I certainly like having veggies. When I go to restaurants for lunches and dinners, more than half my plate would be vegetables.

In my home country people are advised to eat five portions of fruit and vegetables a day. I have got a thick vegetable soup in my cupboard that it worth three portions of vegetables. I think that grapefruit is very refreshing at breakfast time. At lunch time a salad with different vegetables is delicious. I had one today with cucumber, lettuce, spring onions, cress and radishes. I added a low fat vegan salad dressing to it. I like a pudding of strawberries and raspberries. I have in my cupboard some fruit bars which are one portion of fruit. I love to drink fruit juice and that is one portion of fruit.

i love fruit so much and some of vegetables. i always eat fruit for snack. it's better than you eat cookies

I eat a lot of vegetables everyday. However I hate fruits. But if someone gives me fruit juice, I will probably drink it. I don't have to take care of my diet. My mom takes care of every little thing here. The only thing I have to do is to scream out real loud when I see fruits. I think there is a lot of opportunities for showing creativity in veg dishes. The only creative thing that you can do out of fruits is juice. They once served me a fluid they called apple juice. If they hadn't tell me that I would have thought they served me a horse's pee. It literally pissed me off.

I imagine myself eating nutrient rich vegetables and fruits, and I feel myself absolutely loving the texture, taste, and accompanied good feeling. By doing this through the day or before looking to eat a good meal, it automatically sets you up in a good mood to devour those delicious fruits and vegetables. I love the light and healthy feeling of eating these foods. I just remember that feeling and want to eagerly recapture it by eating a nice plate of nutritious foods.

Well I don't eat many fruits or vegetables. I don't like them. I know fruits and vegetables are really healthy, but I simply don't like. I try to eat some vegetables daily, but about fruits, I think I eat a fruit once a week. I'll try to eat more fruits because I want to be a healthy person. Thanks for your discussion, it motivated me to eat some fruit right now.
