Forex trading and binary options with low investment?

I can only think of a high interest savings account. I know that Ing direct have guaranteed interest accounts and there is no limit on what you can put in it. They also have a street fund account that it is like a combination mutuel and stock fund, but they expect you to keep the money in there for a long time.

I would say ANYOPTION counts here, but I am not sure if it really is legit and it has no needed downloads or anything just put some small money starting at 25 USD then invest it, it says that within hours you can earn already and if you manage to loose your investment they have a rebate like 10% or so but I am not sure of how big it will be, I tried asking people here if anyone knows or heard about it already but sad to say no one has replied to my query.
