Whether humans are selfish person who loves himself and prioritize the interests of himself above the interests of others? Or he is the man who put others in the comparison himself, and put the interests of others than the interests of himself?
This is a review sheet that spend a lot of psychology studies, the science of morals and sociology. Most experts agree that science almost by nature humans are selfish and unselfish, and he saw the interests of others through self-interest. Some even argue further, that the sacrifices made by someone is no more than a form of egoism which are covered with masks.

Real man means man who already understand the function itself in this world that is as a caliph for the prosperity of the earth, running everything should be basically, like it or forced to remain sacred must carry out orders from god.
The ordinary man is most of the people who usually just run something obey the will of its own, if you like it done, if not then abandoned. Behave in accordance with it despite his prejudice against the word of god is still done

If you look in the right way, then the true Creator will protect you.
But when you say that "a man is who created the universe" is true then the Creator will be very angry. I could have your heart can stop beating forever.
You should be able to distinguish where the creator of True and false where the creator of the only in-me-not by man.

The character of a man is how he portrays himself. he may not always reveals himself to others right away. Watching how he lives his life shows the true character of a man whether he knows it or not.

In the path of human life given the sense that was filled with various kinds of science that makes changes in all aspects of life from all sides, the passion that makes sense we are getting richer the bigger the exhaustively one reason he will exploit in fulfilling it.
While religion awaken our sense that there is an all-powerful governing everything without limit and the reason, God gave the human conscience as the final path of all opinions that produced by the mind.

If we are cynical about life, then the contention of psychologists that man is selfish is true. That everything he does, at the end of the day, is purely for self-gratification. That man is doing good for he knows that this would be his ticket to heaven. But we shouldn't be cynical. True, there are people who do good only to satisfy his ego because doing good would result in praises from others and/or from himself. But there is a side of man that reflects his goodness. He makes sacrifices without expecting anything in return. Even a non-religious person, as portrayed by the good Samaritan in the Christian Bible, went out of his way to help a person who got robbed and beaten. Life is really a dichotomy. There are selfish and unselfish people as there is good and evil. Very nice philosophical topic, rifnee :)

Hello rifnee,
This is an interesting question. All human beings cannot be called as humans. A human will have certain values and principles that he/she will follow all through his life. These values are the things which will actually differentiate the human beings from the other animals.
A true Human is someone, who loves and respects anything and everything around him. Peace loving, helping, caring, loving, and most importantly, someone who is selfless and someone who cannot afford to hurt others.
Well, we all know what is good and what we should do, yet we all do what is better for us at that moment! I think, this is to be changed and we should consider all the aspects and then live a meaningful life.
The world of Humans today has become so materialistic. Gone are the days when man was the boss of money and today money boss over the man. If a person learns to respect the fellow human as he respects money, then he will be a human automatically!
Cheers! :)
Good day! :)

hmmmm....it actually depends on the person. But generally I would say that we humans are very selfish. We put our interests and needs before other peoples. This is wrong but in most cases it is the cold and hard truth.Their are people out there who do care about others more than themselves but they are rare.Another common phenomena is that we love someone so much that their needs are a higher priority than our own but if u take a closer look this is because we love that person. In trying to fulfill her/his needs we are willing to do anything. Why? Because our own happiness also lies in their happiness and taking care of them makes us feel good.We don't pay much attention to who gets hurt along the way.Selfish? no?
