i am a 22-year-old girl. few weeks ago, i was eating apples for three days and lost 5kg,but after that,i failed. Up to now, i cannot find a nice way or a right way to lose weight any idea?

I did hear about the 3-day green apple diet. It does look like an easy way to lose weight. But it is not recommended for longer than three days. You will not have a balanced diet in that way. I tried to exercise, running in particular. But I'm not fit and ended up walking more than running. After exercising, I tend to get hungry because I used up the energy. I eat more that way. I tried to diet, curb my food intake. But I get hungry and started binging. So i'm trying out something new. I'm trying out slimming food for my blood type. Do you know that there are slimming food for your blood type. These food help to curb your appetite or burn off your fats. For my blood type, I'm eating seaweed and papaya on a regular basis. I'm still monitoring my progress. Thank you for your idea.I would love to try it. I have read this artical, my type is O, the food can be seafood ,kelp, iodised salt,red meat, liver, broccoli, spinach, papaya and pineapple.

My formula was very simple: Eat what ever I want till 6 pm and then nothing, only wather and everyday go run at evening or go and work out at gym. I had lost 30 kg in 1,5 years. If you realy want then its no problem to lose any weight. :)

I have had issues with my weight as well and I found that following specific diets never really worked out for me. I've gotten the best results simply by cutting out the junk food, increasing my water intake, and being more concious of my meals. Making sure to incorporate all the food groups in a healthy way, no frying. I eat smaller portions , but more frequently throughout the day (5x/day). You need to get the right info on healthy snacks and meals and then just have fun with the different combinations that suit your taste. As for workouts ,you need to be doing something you enjoy and can commit to, whether it be walking, jogging, dance , cycling , swimming, whatever as long as you are consistent you will see results.
