Reason to Be Lazy? Where do they get that The Great Commission was, 'Alright now. My Father's plan got all screwed up, so now it's okay to "totally look out for #1" (as long as you're a GOOD Pharisee---donating to the offertory every week in church)'? I don't think so! His orders to us (His disciples) were to "Go unto all the world" walking as He walked! That's hard work! Why do churches promise a pay-off before the work?

Well, many of them are plain lazy, while others are too busy making money. Service to the "people of God" is fast becoming more of a fantasy. Good day, mythociate.

Helped by humanity's 'love of money.' For example, a church-group that "kicked me out" thought they would aid the Kingdom by 'raising lots of money to send to a village in Africa so they could have running water'! hah!

No, no, no!! God does not help those who do not help themselves and or others. We must not go against but at the same hand lend the hand. We cannot expect to be handed anything in life. As you remember the story of Adam and Eve, it is there after we are to work and earn all the fruits of heaven.

Amen, Sister The Jews were just as 'saved' before Jesus as after- (before-&-after don't really matter in 'eternity.') True, we need Christ's sacrifice to 'buy us into Heaven'; but--while still under "Caesar's rule" (the Babylonian quid-pro-quo of the world)--we must (as Jesus said) "render unto Caesar that which is Caesar's."
