Random people on facebook, does it happen to u?

you know i actually know why people do this. I mean why add your friend that you hvnt seen in years and they not talk to you? thats just messed up..,. and i think thats stupid as well..i mean adding people just so you could hve a bigger friend list.. i mean cmoN on-- how childlish you going to be.. riight? lol as for the adding strangers. i personally never do this, because you dont know them, you hve no idea what there background is or anything cuz they can lie, you know pretend to be someone else.. sO i just really think that its not safe..,

Because they need another neighbor for Farmville? I am not a member of FB, but I do have friends that are always pestering me to join and that is usually why. Is it any different from any other place like... hmm... oh, I don't know... myLot?! To some peeps, it's the quantity, not the quality.

Yes I have noticed that, I think they just want to have more friends than anyone they know, it is strange, people are funny aren't they.

I know I added a friend from my high school years, or so I thought they were friends, but they would never message me or nothing. I even went as far as sending them a message saying hello, and I never heard back from them,but yet they are still on my friends list. It is the craziest things. I have come to the conclusion that you were friends in the moment in time, but not now. Who knows, I just stopped worrying about it, cause it did bother me at first. And about the strangers wanting to be friends ( if I understood that correctly ) , it is usually cause they are trying to sell something and they use their friends list as a customer later on. That is just my 2 cents.
