How do you want to work on it? Eating on diet or Exercising?
If you don't mind doing unhealthily, try to drink coffee all the time. It keeps you full from eating. Stay up all night also helps.

Isn't too much coffee bad for you? Besides water seems like the best energy booster.

Eat more fruits and veggies. Drink tons of water. (OK, at least 2 liters a day). Cut out pop (soda), fattening foods like junk food - cookies, chips, etc, and start eating balanced, healthy meals every day. Try to also get in some exercise. And you should see results. Don't restrict yourself too much or you'll wind up in failure.

First off you have to eat smaller portions of food. That's what I've been doing. I have been cutting back on how much i eat if not exactly what I eat. Also you have to do some kind of exercise. Even if it's just going for a walk around your neighborhood or park at least once a day. Eventually(it will take time)you will start to see yourself lose some weight.

I would say the best way to lose weight is to go on a diet if you want to take that option and exercise, morning and in the evenings everyday. or if you dont want, you dont have to do the deit but watch what you eat. like eat more healthy food instead if the junk foods, and just do exercise..

well I think basically eating less is a good start but some time ago a member on here at Mylot gave some advice, they said firstly drink a couple of glasses of water before a meal, never drink cold drinks during a meal as if solidifies fats and after the meal have a hot drink as that flushes the fats down and when you think of it it sounds logical....and of course exercise I guess is essential... Good luck.

Hi there,
You are not the only one thinking about this. I have been thinking about this since the end of last year. I think I gained three kilograms and now trying to shed it bit by bit.
I tried exercising. But it made me more hungry and I ate more instead. I tried to cut down on food, but I ended up binging. I'm trying something different.
Have you heard about eating food based on your blood type. In fact, there are slimming food based on your blood type as well. Check this article I wrote (not referral link!!) about slimming food based on your blood type.
