would you believe that our big bed is filled with pillows - 3 for myself and 4 for my husband when we sleep.
I have one for my head, one as in between my legs and the other one embraced and snuggled at my face. My husband on the other hand, had 2 on his head , one at his feet to elevate it and one embraced and snuggled at his face.
Do you have as plenty as that too?

Good for you because you didn't get use to having too many pillows.
At least when you are in another house and they gave you 1 pillow only, you can already sleep. But in my case, i would really long to have more than 1, lest i would be restless and will not be able to sleep well.

When in a hotel, i would pay for extra pillows. When on a friend's house, i would ask for extra pillow, but if there's none anymore, i will ask for a blanket, which i will fold and put on my head, while the pillow will be in between my two legs as i sleep.

I hope your spine is straight while sleeping with all those pillows.
I use the pillow to make my head straight, sleeping on the side and not on the belly.
So, the pillow is under my head and it keeps my neck straight. Sometimes I put the pillow under my chest and the belly to keep myself sleeping on the side more comfortable. Don't forget to keep your spine straight and change a position once in a while so your blood will keep flowing without too much pressure on the same spots all the time.

I sleep in a fetal position always. But i am sure that my spine isn't in a bad position.
I also change position, from one side to the other every now and then. That way, i don't get stiff on one position. And of course when i shift position, the pillows follows too.

Really? Well, when i was pregnant, i had the same number of pillows still. But it's understandable that a pregnant woman would have more pillows, to cushion her belly.

yes, that's the normal number of pillows people usually use when they sleep.
In my husband's case he uses two pillows in the head because he said he wants his head in a higher position , and in his feet, because he wants his feet to be elevated to eliminate the tiredness caused by using shoes the whole day.
Thanks for sharing.

It's good to have pillow under your legs whenever you sleep and surely it will help you to avoid early development of varicose veins.

It's not under my legs but in between my legs because i sleep on my sides. But i learned something new from you about putting pillow under your legs, it can help avoid early development of varicose veins.
I keep that in mind. Thanks for sharing.

I envy you , that you could sleep with just one pillow. Though when i am on a situation, like office camping, and with only one pillow, i would use my bag with clothes for my head and the pillow as my in between my legs.
