Can't login to SterlingBux

Hi all,
I want to log in to SterlingBux today but after entering the captcha, an error message stating "This computer, household or private network has already been assigned to 1 another account."
Can anyone explain to me why this happens?
FYI, I'm the only using this laptop.

sometimes its happen due to glitch into their script or server side wrong setup...try to login again after clearing your cookies and history and if doesn't work then most probably someone else from your internet network shared the ip and signed up for sterlingbux..this happens when we are having dynamic IP and other user from our Internet uses the same website.
