Necessity is the mother of all inventions - do you agree?

i agree that necessity speaks for ourselves to invent or create or discover things that might give us a comfortable life. Since the ancient time reveals the truth that ancient man produce or invent so many things that as of today we are enjoying.

Without any necessity, many inventions would never have been discovered. You have to have a necessity to have something new. Necessity is the path to discovery and discovery is invention.

I think it is laziness rather than necessity is the mother of invention...Human being has been known to be lazy, and always wanted to have something easily without much effort...From laziness of washing clothes, human being invented washing machine...It is true that some of the invention is driven by necessity, for example airplane, but more invention are made due to human laziness...
