how would you know that raw honey is pure or not?

I had this experience about honey. My mother asked me to sell honey in our office. It's local honey and i know its pure, because it came from our town and its wild. So i say yes to my mother. Some of my office-mates bought honey and i said it is pure. A few days later one of them came to me and complaining that it is not pure. I felt embarrassed as if he was accusing me that im fooling them. HOW WOULD YOU KNOW THAT IT IS PURE?
