Mario Party 8. Better or worse?

Okay, so I've gotten Mario Party 8 sometime last year, and it didn't seem as fun as the other Mario Parties. Sure it got better graphics and more characters, but it feels like it lacks the amount of mini games that it SHOULD have. Not to mention, it only has magical candy which, in my opinion, are not better than magic orbs. What do you guys think? Is Mario Party 8 better than the previous Mario Party games, or worse?

In my opinion, worse... The other mario paty games were super fun, oroginal... but now... the minigames are so predictable and they ae boring, they did the game all fast, I remember the first mario pary ufff, way better, when you could use donkey kong.

I don't play these games but I have 13 year old son and he plays them. He loves the Mario games. He didn't like the Mario Party 8 as much as other Mario games either. He complained a lot about it and traded it in shortly after he got it for another game. He got that Black Ops game and really loved that one, he thought that game was amazing.

from the best that I remember, I liked the Mario Party 5 game. I recall that it was a pretty good one. and from what I remember of 8, it so sucked. I didn't like
it that well. I do like the Mario party game, and I think the best one imo, would have to be the number 5 one. :D
