If a MAN have Long hair...

I wouldnt say it is a shame... it is a big word... I would say guys will look handsome with short hair... or rather guys would look handsome to me if they have short hair... my point of view... Having long hair is their choice but I am just saying that they will look more professional to me if they have short hair..

No I think there are many men with long that are attractive. If it is clean and neat it looks very good. No shame for men with long hair. Many cultures do not believe men should cut their hair so where is the shame?
