Hi
It is not very difficult to make it. Add plenty of mint leaves and a tsp of sugar to a glass of water, you can also add some Basil leaves to it as it will improve taste. Boil the water till the level is reduced to 3/4 th. Let it cool, add juice of half a lemon and some honey and keep it i refrigerator to chill it.

Hi
Sorry for the repetition, it is due to my internet connectivity getting broken.

I think commercially produced Iced Tea just contains an awful lot of sugar. When I've tried to match the flavour of shop bought versions I have had to add far more sugar than I would have imagined. Now I just accept that the tea I make tastes different. Not better or worse, just different!

I'm guessing that it wasn't as tasty as you expected because the ice diluted the tea. The best way to avoid that is to make some of the tea and freeze it in an ice cube tray. That way, when the cubes melt, they won't dilute the tea. You can't usually make herb teas as strong as regular tea, so putting plain water cubes in it will weaken it pretty fast.
