My 12 year old little sister wants to dye her hair...

So my 12 year old little sister decided today that she wants to dye her hair. Not because she dislikes her dark brown hair, but because she just wants to dye her hair because a few of her friends have done it. She always seems to be quite self conscious... particularly since she used to be quite chubby. But shes really gorgeous and is told that all the time. I think shes beautiful and doesnt need to change her hair at all. Do you think that its okay for her to dye her hair when shes this young?

I don't think its good for a person that young to have her hair dyed, especially if it is to that she can conform with her peers. She has to learn to accept her features and be confident that she is pretty already and she doesn't have to imitate her friends to be pretty.
