Compared to when I was younger, there are a lot more people in our neighborhood. Kids hang out on our brick wall all the time and talk about nothing important. I see people jogging and walking their dogs and kids. Some teenagers make a lot of noise. Others talking on their cell phones and just hang out there for a long time... call from a lover? I remember sitting at the mall watching all the people walk by. Very interesting stuff and behaviors. Do you like to people watch?

The best way to get out of boredom is to go out and see people around not staying indoor. You might be inspired or get an idea of what to do when next you are bored or not feeling happy.

Hi Lore,
I did this quite many a times and it is a real funny thing to watch people who are lost in their own world... Many dont care of presenting themselves properly in public while many others are just too cautious. The best I remember was once when the Bluetooth (on handsets) was new here and people had just started using wireless headphones... The first time I saw one of these guys talking as he move on... I thought he was an insane guy and needed some medical help... I walked up to him and politely asked "Is there anything wrong... Can I help?"... Shocked, he replied "Oh nothing, it was my wife and we were chatting..." How? Then he showed me the bluetooth enabled headset and I realized how messy I was

I do that often but it requires me to be in a nice and calm mood. i don't like waiting endlessly or sitting joblessly anywhere. It puts me in an irritated mood and i tend to be grumpy. people watching can be really interesting specially lovers. but then i realize it can be rude and turn away lol

It's nice to interact with people, but i myself would do it if i know them .
As to people watching, yes i would like to but sometimes, watching them would corrupt my mind because i might find one attractive, i would be made to stare.

I could sit and watch people all day, you see some very funny things when you just sit and watch people...I especially love watching little kids they are so funny with their enquiring minds and in the heart of the city as I was driving through the other day I was in my car waiting for thr lights to change and I noticed most people walking around all wore black and had a mobile phone up to their ear, they looked quite funny...

I have always been a people watcher. I used to be pitifully shy and would set and observe rather than interact. It is funny to watch how people cop an attitude and all the different signs you can see in social manuvering. Watching certainly gives you a good view and intimate understanding of a personality.

I do that especially when I'm at a cafe waiting for a friend to arrive. It's quite entertaining actually. You see the different characters of people. But usually I look at the clothes they wear. It's like window shopping without walking. I get ideas on what to wear or what to buy my wife or my son.

People watching is sort of a hobby I have. Have done so for years. Something about watching the different characteristics that make for entertainment and learning also as it is quite interesting how people carry themselves.
Being that I was bounced back and forth as a youth in foster homes I came to appreciate people in general.
