Signing on to a Survey Company...

I just read a well presented informative post about a seemingly lucrative Survey company... I clicked on the referral link of one of our MyLoters... when I tried to sign up under her It said there was already an account set up... So I tried to log in but could'nt cause it said I cancelled that account about a year ago... So how can I reactivate that account or better yet sign up under one of our MyLoters for their referral tree... Im not mentioning any names so meybe this discussion wont get pulled... Its very generic... And I could really use some insight... Thanks...
