I don't even think about buying a house right now because there is so much involved in it, and I don't think I can get myself into a house. If I had a house I think I could pay for it. But, the hardest part is getting there. Right now, I'd settle for a really comfortable apartment.

But There are so many people in china, and so big economic gaps between rich and poor. The rich can own more than one real estate, while most ordinary people can't afford to buy a home of his own.So just be patient. I don't know the reason why you need a house urgently, but maybe it's because that you are getting married according to my understanding of the chinese situation. I guess if the girl really love you, she will not request a house. You can get married first and then both of you work hard to buy a house.
