Any Ptc sites that ask you to upgrade before you cashout is a scam. And there are lots of them that will not pay member instantly except you upgrade, they will withhold your payments up 30 working days which is about 40 days before you cashout $2. I can consider those sites as scam too. Why should they withhold your payments that long when they can receive payments for upgrading and renting referrals instantly. If they can receive payments instantly there is no excuse why they can't make payments instantly,these are signs that those sites are purely scam. Beware don't upgrade to cashout and any sites that does not make payments with 5 working days are considered scam.
