Referrals problem and possible solution

I have problem finding referrals on website I use for earning some little money online. I guess some of you also have that trouble, so I thought we could find some solution. We are stronger together someone said, I think he was right. If we join some ptc website through the same link that wouldn't be a good idea, as some people click more than others, but if we join matrix site that way one person will earn a lot of money and others won't, but if we split that money fairly than we are all winners. Am I right? Some of those websites need investment, from 1 dollar to some higher amount but I think we can make a deal about that also. This is internet so there are many ways to make a document and make sure who's in and who's not, who need 3 or more people under him and so on. So we can make a deal about everything. Please let me know if you are interested.
PS. This wasn't my idea, it was from one other mylotter.

yes I like to make a deal if you join under my refferal and be active member in the site I am giving means I will join under your site using your refferal link and active in that site.If you can do add me as your friend

I think she doesn`t mean that. That you sign up her sites and she sign up yours. She was talking ybout matrix system.

i have not so much friend here so i do not have referrals.i have referrals problem.but it is ok for me.i just work here and want to make money here.i love is site very much.best of luck.
